Also reminders are only based on the day and don’t have a time. There’s a lot of perks that need to be worked out like for example you can’t remove candidates from an assignment, their version of a job, if you put them in there by mistake. The way that they search for profiles, not just LinkedIn, it’s pretty intuitive and I was able to find some pretty good candidates right off the bat. I also was recommended a new sourcing tool/company and signed up for the one-week trial and it was pretty impressive. You’re missing out on so many great features when it comes to searching and it’s cheaper as well. If you have an ATS you do not need LinkedIn recruiter lite. Somebody suggested sales navigator and man talk about life-changing. As long as I can remember they offered it I’ve been using it. So I’ve had LinkedIn recruiter lite for ever. ![]()
